Camping in the Jemez

This weekend we went camping in the Jemez mountains. We were worried it was going to pour on us but we were lucky and it only sprinkled the night that we were there. We went with 4 other couples from our ward. It was a lot of fun and we've decided that just 1 night is much to short. So next year, it'll be 2 nights! We hung out, talked, and went on a little hike with Landon to the stream. As you can see, he enjoyed it sooooo much!

Here were some of the kids his age just playing around with the gravel.

He's already got a girlfriend.

He loved the taste of the gravel and LOVED being outdoors all day.

The good old Vranes Family!

Ah, I love the Jemez. I can smell the crisp air just thinking about it. That's cute. Today at church, Riley reached out and held hands for a little bit with a boy that was adopted with Vietnam. It was really cute. We're going to have the talk. I could give it to Landon too. ;)
